2. Products

  • We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Sale prices are only valid for the duration of the sale period.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order on our website means you are making an offer to purchase the product.
  • NovaWear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash
    • EasyPaisa
    • Debit / Credit Card
  • NovaWear reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
  • NovaWear is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Free delivery is offered on orders above a minimum order value as stated on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
  • If a COD order is refused or returned without a valid reason, the customer may be blocked from placing future COD orders.
  • Repeated refusals may result in account suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Our return and refund policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photos is the property of NovaWear.

  • Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
